My home
It’s about how I decided to change my life all around to become a better and healthier person overall. My journey from being obese to skinny to now an average physical but loving each day because everyday is a day to be better don’t waste that day by not doing anything. The Gym has changed my life for the better, i used to be fat like 200+pounds but i never ever decided to go to the gym and try it out because i didn’t know anything so the first step i took was doing cardio and i lost 65 pounds doing that and was at 135 but not in a healthy relationship with food. I wanted to be skinnier at that time and was then having very bad health problems because I went all the way to 121 pounds and not eating every 3 days. Over time I discovered the gym is a place I can call home, it makes me feel safe and relaxed, stress free. I gained 45 pounds and did powerbuilding which is essential for bodybuilding and powerlifting but my main focus was powerlifting. I started to watch more of the lifters and there’s someone I watched called Russel Orhii who says “what you enjoy more, proving yourself right or proving people wrong” gives a lot of good advice. Helped me a lot in improving overall my form which is very important less injury and more gains you see, and mindset too. When it comes to bodybuilding I love hearing Tom Platz speeches, just the way he says things make you want to push harder at the gym. For example “If you fully believe you will be successful and can visualize yourself being successful you will succeed”. Quote got into my head in a good way because I decided just to push harder in the gym, be better overall in everything and try my best at school, my side hustles and my hobbies because we live once so why not become the best version of ourselves while we can. Overall if you ever decided to do something for yourself just do it, start right now so what if people don’t believe in you or make fun of you, you are doing it for you, better life for yourself, you never know until you try it.
