In the article “Jubilee” the main character Andrea does what she wants or just wants her ways. It’s the same as “Goodbye Columbus” because of how both the characters are acting. In “Goodbye Columbus” the character Brenda wants her ways only, same with Andrea, Andrea brings the crush of hers and pretends they are dating, she gets free scholarships and complains of writing about letters, when meeting people she acts kinda different. Then with Brenda she makes her boyfriends dress like her or something close to her, she gets mad when it doesn’t go her way. They both don’t have to work hard but they get what they want because of how hard their parents work, Andrea does have a little bit of character change in a good way. Trying to apologize to Parker and seeing how much she’s willing to do it.
